Hon Albert Pahimi Padack\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Taking place at the Grand Hotel N&#8217;Djamena, the ceremony was attended by over 15 Heads of State and Government including; Uganda, Mali, Mauritania, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo,\u00a0Sudan, Burkina Faso, Benin, Niger, Nigeria and Equatorial Guinea.<\/p>\n<p>This swearing in ceremony consisted of a 21 gun salute,\u00a0after which President Idriss Deby Itno took oath of office and was awarded the National Order of merit.
