During the same ceremony, the new Army Chief of Staff, Major General Jacques Musemakeri, the new Air force Chief of Staff and the new Secretary General of the National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) also took oath of service.<\/p>\n<p>In his address, President Kagame asked the new leaders to work with diligence and collaborate with other leaders in order to move the country forward.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAs you all witnessed today, most of those who took oath today are leaders of security organs. This is because we consider security as a strong pillar of development, working hand in hand with other state organs and regional security agencies.
