General Honore Traore Brig Gen Honore Traore expressed his admiration of the remarkable development and recovery of Rwanda as well as the role of the Rwanda Defense Forces in improving the lives of Rwandans as exemplified with the building of homes for the vulnerable near Kami Barracks.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased to be here and plan to learn from the organization and training of the Rwanda Defense Forces.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;\">The trip included visits to various institutions including Zigama CSS Military Medical Insurance as well as training schools. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;\">Brig Gen Honore Traore also shared his intention to learn from the comprehensive social programs that benefit both the military and their families.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 12.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Cambria','serif'; mso-ascii-theme-font: major-latin; mso-hansi-theme-font: major-latin;\">During their visit, the team also paid a courtesy call to Chief of Defense Staff Patrick Nyamvumba and Minsister of Defense James Kabarebe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kigali, 6 July 2013 Today at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame met with Brig General Honore Traore, Chief General Staff of National Armed Forces of Burkina Faso as part of a one week visit to Rwanda aimed at strengthening military cooperation between the nations.
