\u201cThis pandemic is not the first challenge that Rwandans have faced. Rwandans have encountered so many hardships. Every time Rwandans have joined their hands and did all that was possible using all their efforts to move forward. The pandemic is also a challenge to deal with because it affects the lives of Rwandans and the country\u2019s economy but also it reminds us what we should do in cases we encounter such a challenge; looking within our means and beyond where necessary. But we have to start by what we have within our means.
